Dear Matt,


I wanted to write you a note and let you know how much Joan and I enjoy our home. With the quality construction of the home along with the beautiful view, we couldn’t be happier. When we first found the home under construction and saw the VPC name on the construction sign, we recognized the name and new it would be a quality built home.


Having had a second home in the mountains for 12 years you learn who to work with and who to stay away from. As you know, we found the home for sale after you were about 90% complete. Once we walked around and noticed how well the house was built, the beautiful kitchen and appliances, the massive fire place in the den and of course the view we agreed that this might be “the one”.


After we agreed on a price and closed, we began to work with your team on the completion and found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They certainly didn’t try and skimp on fixtures or paints to save on predetermined allowances.


Three years after the sell, I can still call your company and know that I will get help with whatever I need.


In addition to everything mentioned above, I feel like we are friends. Doesn’t get any better than that.
