Matt Vincent is a Licensed Unlimited General Contractor with the state of North Carolina, as well as a graduate from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Banking. Matt is a Realtor with the National and North Carolina Realtor's Association and is a member of the local High County Association of Realtors. He holds the highly sought after Master Builder Designation and the Accredited Builder Designation through North Carolina's Builders Institute. He has earned The Renewable Technologies Energy Diploma, and has received a Green Building Diploma through North Carolina State Universities College of Engineering and the North Carolina Solar Center.
Matt Vincent has also completed the requirements to become a LEED AP. A LEED AP is an Accredited Professional who has demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and the LEED Rating System. Matt also holds the NAHB Certified Green Professional Designation which is awarded to individuals who take part in the nationally recognized NAHB CGP program and have a high degree of professional competence in the entire Green Building Process. In addition Vincent Properties Construction participates in North Carolina’s Healthy Built Homes program, a statewide Green Builder program, has completed one of the first LEED certified homes in the area, and is an Energy Star Partner. In his spare time He enjoys hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and exploring the Blue Ridge and Appalachian Regions of North Carolina.
Jay Vincent has over 37 years of experience in development, conceptual design, marketing and construction with an emphasis on Adirondack and upscale luxury homes and developments.
AnnaMarie Runne' is the Marketing Director for Vincent Properties Construction, and the onsite Residential Interior Finishes Design Coordinator. She also holds her Real Estate License and is currently in school for Interior Design.
Together the Vincent Properties Construction Team brings a wealth of project management, design experience, and customer care knowledge, along with solid business practices that allows them to be able to build spectacular homes.
